Shipping & Returns
All our pieces are handmade in small batches and can take up to two weeks to make (unless marked as ‘ready to ship’). We will post as soon as your order is complete and you will receive an email with your tracking details once the order has been dispatched. If you have any questions about your order, get in touch.
Domestic Shipping
All UK orders are delivered within 1-2 working days using Royal Mail Next Day Delivery.
*We’re are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders once an order is posted. You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details on our Returns page.
International Shipping
Orders to Europe, Mexico, USA, Canada and Australia are delivered within 5-7 working days using Royal Mail International Tracked.
Orders to the rest of the world are delivered within 5-7 working days using Royal Mail International. Please note that depending on the country, full tracking might not be available.
International orders may be subject to additional duty charges once they reach their destination country. These charges are NOT calculated at checkout and won’t be covered by us, so you’ll be responsible for paying any import charges that may be added. Before ordering, please verify your country’s import fees to have an estimate of the amount to be paid in order to receive the package.

Returns
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel it. If you want to return your order, please read our conditions below:
We can only accept returns on items that are sent back unworn and in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on bespoke pieces as those items have been especially customised for you.
Items must be sent within 14 days after receiving them in order to be eligible for a refund.
Returns to the UK are free. Any International returns must be covered by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that we deem to be faulty or to not have been properly cared for by you according to our jewellery care instructions.
If you want to return your order, please contact us by quoting your order number and the issue so we can take care of it. Once processed, we’ll send you a QR code so you can complete the return at your nearest post office.
*All refunds will be credited to the original credit card and it can take up to 14 working days.
